CommerceLatch Support

Start with the release gate, follow the exact finding, and include the proof reference if you need help.

Contact: n3wai100@gmail.com. Include your .myshopify.com domain, the proof reference shown on the receipt, and what you expected. Never email an Admin API token, Storefront token, password, customer record, or order export.

Quick start

  1. Install CommerceLatch through Shopify and approve read-only product, discount, and Market access. No separate account, API key, or rule migration is required.
  2. Open Release inbox. Configuration preflight runs automatically.
  3. Select Verify all promotions to test native amount-off, Buy X Get Y, and free-shipping promotions in safe Storefront carts.
  4. Resolve Needs attention, supply any buyer or app context requested under Review, then rerun the release gate.

Release gate

The gate is the one answer for the whole run. It never reports success it could not measure.

  • Release-ready: every promotion matched its exact expected shopper outcome.
  • Latched: a promotion failed a release check. Stop the release — Shopify was not changed.
  • Review required: something could not be proven safely and needs a person.
  • Proof required: configuration passed, but no guest cart has been tested yet.
  • Coverage incomplete: the safe scan limit was reached, so no store-wide claim is made.
  • No active release: nothing active or scheduled is waiting for proof.

Promotion verdicts

  • Ready: the configured rule and Storefront result matched.
  • Needs attention: a known configuration, allocation, delivery, or combination outcome failed.
  • Review: the promotion needs buyer identity, subscription, app-managed, or storefront context before CommerceLatch can make a release decision.

Proof receipts

Each completed shopper-proof saves a receipt with its verdict, findings, timing, test conditions, and Expected-versus-Actual result. Scheduled promotions are labelled as pre-live simulations, and mutually combinable promotions include their combined-cart outcome. Promotion names and discount codes are replaced with pseudonymous references before anything is stored. Quote the proof reference when you contact us.

Common fixes

The code is not applicable

Check dates, usage limits, minimum subtotal or quantity, customer eligibility, target products, variants, and collections. Confirm an active target variant can be purchased.

Buy X Get Y did not allocate the reward

Confirm both qualifying and reward products are available, each configured quantity is present, and the reward item is eligible for the configured value.

Free shipping came from the wrong promotion

Review active automatic shipping discounts and combination settings. CommerceLatch attributes the delivery discount to its source instead of treating any free rate as proof of the intended code.

Expected and actual do not match

Review fixed-per-item versus order-wide configuration, currency rounding, and whether another app or promotion combination affects the cart. CommerceLatch does not mark a mismatch Ready.

The proof could not run

Retry after confirming the storefront is reachable. Timeouts and Shopify request limits fail closed and do not change Shopify.

Access, billing, and deletion

CommerceLatch requests read_products, read_discounts, and read_markets. It does not request Shopify Admin customer, order, payment, revenue, reporting, theme, or checkout scopes and does not edit promotions. If connected test-shopper proof becomes available, it is used only after explicit merchant authorization and CommerceLatch does not query the shopper’s profile or orders. The public plan is US$19 per month after a 30-day free trial. Shopify manages approval, renewal, cancellation, and billing. Uninstall from Shopify Admin to end access and trigger store-data deletion.
